What are the top ten dog breeds for cold climate?

i know bout the sled dogs and all, i have a gsd,wolf,husky mix, he loves the cold, but if i were to get a white gsd, could he handle bein in the cold mn climate? i live on a farm and the dogs dont come in really, but i would not like to come home to one frozen as an ice cube
