Which do you prefer: In-ground pools, or above-ground pools?

I'm meaning in-ground as in the kind that have been dug into the ground and are deep and sometimes have a cement base. The above ground pool I'm talking about is not the little plastic kiddie ones but the kind where you climb in with a ladder and they are pretty much medium sized. :P
