Not unless you want crap quality and crap sound. Most the stuff sold on ebay is cheap poorly made chinese garbage. If you dont have much money and need a ukulele to start and practice on sure, get it. But if you are experienced and want good quality sound and quality woods and crafted well from people who care about the instruments they create than go with a Martin. Kamaka is the best money can but from hawaii. Pono is also a good one from hawaii. Id suggest looking in the $100-150 range.
