Navy Seal TS clearance?

Well I'm heading to RTC in july and I was wondering how depth do the officials go in a Top Security clearance at meps my recruiter told me to lie about a couple of things first of I got into a fight outside my school and fought someone infront of a courthouse and I got stabbed in the cheek(face) by a screwdriver I was taken to court but as a victim and I wasn't locked up they dismissed that case but I had to lie about it at meps will this affect me I also went to the hospital for stitches on my face and went thru a catscan since I fell hard after I got stab had to lie about that to will this affect me another one was I got bit in the face by a pit when I was 4 and I went to the hospital and got stitches to and also lied about it well at the point will this affect me and will I get a chance to tell the truth in bootcamp and will any of these conditions affect me doing Seals?plz im just asking for advice not some bullshit because im sure im not the first with this problem..thnkz in advnc
