I am bombarded with work. What do I do?

Ok, so I have 2 histology papers due (one that's five pages, one that's ten pages), and Immunology test, an English paper, and a Powerpoint all due on Monday. I know you might ask yourself why I let this happen. I have my MCAT in two months, and I spend my free time studying for that. Now that I have all this stuff due on Monday, I'm freaking out a bit and I am in a limbo state. I feel very overwhelmed. What do I do so I don't freak out? Any words of wisdom?
