How much does it cost to change the locks on a car?

I lost all the keys to my car. I'm going to get a new key and for it to be programmed to my car it'll be $150 including the new key(plus i have to pay for towing over to the dealership) I'm considering just getting all my locks changed instead. I have a scion tc how much will that run?
