How do I install rear quarter gl on a 1996 mitsubishi eclipse?

I work the graveyard shift and apparently someone thought it would be funny to run something through the rear quarter gl panel in my car while I was gone. I'm guessing to reinstall one of these would take some kind of adhesive but more specifically, how would I go about a DIY replacement? What's involved?
