Sadly, i read the whole thing. Okay what you should do is show up at her place maybe as like a surprise, don't make an excuse that you are there for something else. You are there to see her and that is it. Make sure you do it sober being drunk is just silly talk. Try to do it again in a private place, like i said show up at her place, try to make it private. Tell her how you feel, but don't come off to pushy about it. And always remember you are there to see her and nothing else, if you want it to work out do it in private, in a public can make people nervous and not say what they really mean.
